Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between SPARK-KO Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the Provider, and the users (customers) of the online store.

  1. General Provisions

    • The online store offers perfumes and cosmetic products for sale.
    • By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are familiar with and accept these Terms and Conditions.

    • VAT registration: BG128613985 from 01.12.2006 under Art. 96 of the VAT Act (mandatory registration)

  3. Orders

    • Orders are placed through the electronic platform.
    • After receiving an order, the customer receives confirmation by email or phone.
    • The Provider reserves the right to refuse an order in case of unavailable stock or suspected abuse.

  4. Prices and Payment

    • All prices are in euro (EUR).
    • Payment methods: cash on delivery and online payment (if available).
    • The Provider has the right to change prices without prior notice; customers are charged the prices valid at the time of ordering.

  5. Delivery

    • Delivery is carried out by a courier company within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
    • Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.
    • Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

  6. Complaints and Returns

    • According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.
    • Products must be returned in their original packaging, intact, and without signs of use.
    • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where a wrong or defective product has been delivered.
    • Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

  7. Guarantees

    • The Provider guarantees the authenticity and quality of the offered products.
    • In case of issues, the customer may submit a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

  8. Personal Data Protection

    • The Provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
    • Personal data is used solely for order fulfillment and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    • The Provider is not liable in cases of force majeure or inaccuracies provided by the customer.
    • Product images are illustrative; differences from the actual product are possible.

  10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

    • The Provider has the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on the Provider's website.

  11. Applicable Law

    • For all matters not covered herein, the provisions of Bulgarian law shall apply.
