It was established in 2006 as the successor to ET "SPARK-Konstantin Kirov", which was registered in 1995 with a focus on industrial power supply services.
The initially registered entity - a sole trader, started with the production of electrical panels. As a result of the successful implementation of low-voltage electrical equipment from Schneider Electric during the design and manufacturing of distribution and building panels in 2001, ET SPARK-K. KIROV became the official distributor of Schneider Electric for the territory of Bulgaria. The leading position in the portfolio of SPARK-KO Ltd. has always been held by electrical equipment for control, protection, monitoring, and signaling.
